Is it safe to shop online at Contagious Clubwear?
We’ve taken every possible step to make our site as secure as possible for your peace of mind. We use the very latest SSL encryption technology and we take the security of your personal data very seriously. What will happen when I place my order online?
When you’ve placed your order, you’ll get emails at each of the following stages:
1.    Order Acknowledgement - this lets you know we've received your order and it's being processed.
2.    Order Confirmation - this confirms that we're about to prepare your order in our warehouse.
3.    Despatch Confirmation - this confirms that your order is on its way to you.

When will you take payment for my order?
We’ll take payment from you when you place the order.
 
What if I have a problem placing my order online or I’m not sure it’s gone through?
If you receive acknowledgement and confirmation emails then your order has gone through okay. If you haven't had any emails, go to the “My Account” section of the website and click on ORDER HISTORY. If your order doesn't appear on the list, you will need to place it again. If you aren't sure or need some help, contact Customer Services.
 
Can I amend or cancel an order once I’ve placed it?
Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, you can’t change or cancel it, so you should make sure you review it carefully as you go through the checkout process. If you want to cancel an order that has been confirmed, you'll need to return the products to your nearest store for a refund – remember to take the despatch note that came with it as proof of purchase.

Can I have next day delivery?
Yes you can, subject to stock availability. You will need to call customer services

Can I mix and match outfits?
Yes you can choose any top, bottom, legs, sleeve and mix and match them all. We charge £5.00 for this service

Can I change the colour?
Yes you can have any outfit in any colour or pattern.

Can I have custom colours or prints?
Yes you can have any custom colour free of charge. You can also design a custom fabric. Most of the prints use in the design on the site can be made in any colour. We charge between £10.00 & £30.00 for a custom colour to be printed.

Can I have printing on my outfit?  
Yes you can have printing. You can choose any font, any colour, and any logo. We charge £5.00 per logo.  
Excluding complex logos which can be quoted for individually

Can I buy item’s separately, like a skirt on its own?
Yes you can. Please give us a call.

I bought an outfit and the top is too small, can i just exchange the top for a larger size?
Yes you can exchange the top for a larger size. We charge £5.00 for to change the size after the item has been sent out and you will be charged again for postage and packaging.

I ordered an outfit last week when will it be delivered?
We aim to get all orders out with 7 days or before. Sometimes there may be a delay due to busy periods. You will be informed by email if your order is delayed.

I have sent an outfit back to you. When will I receive my refund?
You will be refunded on the day your outfit arrives at the warehouse. We recommend you send returns recorded delivery. Please allow 5 working days for your refund to appear in your account.

I need my outfit really quickly, but I live in the US. Do you have an international courier service?
Yes we have an international courier service. Please email or call us to arrange international shipping .
We can usually have parcel delivered to the US in 4-5 working days.

What delivery options do you offer and how much do they cost?
Standard Delivery:
We aim to deliver within or before 10 working days - £5.50 delivery charge for all orders under £150
Standard delivery is free for all orders over £150
Express Delivery: We aim to deliver within or before 2 working days -£7.50 delivery charge.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home address, such as work or a friend’s?
Yes, you can ask for your order to be delivered to an address that is different to your home address when you go through the checkout process. You can even maintain several different addresses within the “My Account” section of the site to make this easier.

Can I return items?

You can return anything you've bought from our website, provided you take reasonable care of them. This means you can look at and try items on as you would in a high street store, but you mustn’t remove any labels or protective strips or wear them outside. You have 7 working days to do so.
Return by post
You can return Products by post to our Warehouse within 7 days of receiving your goods for a refund or exchange.
We will refund the full price you paid for the Products, using the same method you used to pay for them, within 30 days of our receiving the Products.
 
How can I get a refund on my PayPal account for items I want to return?
To get a refund on your PayPal account you’ll need to return the goods by post to us.
as we can’t accept them unless they are in re-saleable condition

What payment types can I use to shop online?
We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for you to shop online at New Look, so we accept Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Contagious Gift Cards as payment types.
