We currently offer two delivery options: express delivery and standard delivery.
Express delivery: We aim to deliver all mainland UK express orders placed before 12pm (GMT) subject to stock within 2 working days. Express delivery orders placed after 12pm (GMT) on a Friday will be delivered on a Wednesday. Please call our customer service team on 0845 5435933 to arrange express delivery.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver express orders placed before 12pm (GMT) within 2 working days to Northern Ireland and within 5 working days to the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes.
Standard delivery: We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders within 10 working days or before. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact our Customer Services department.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver standard orders within 7 working days to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and AB postcodes. During busy periods, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland and 10 working days for delivery to the Highlands.
Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.
UK Bank Holidays (if applicable): please allow an extra working day for both standard and express deliveries.
Europe and the Rest of the World: We aim to deliver to countries outside of the UK standard orders within 21 working days or before. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 21 working days, please contact our Customer Services department.

UK Delivery Times
Please note that delivery time for standard orders is currently 8-10 working days. However we If you would like to receive your order sooner, please call our express service line on – 0845 5435933
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in the timescales shown in the below table. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our Customer Services department.
Deliveries to the Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver within four working days to Northern Ireland and seven working days to the Highlands and Islands for all orders placed before 12pm. During busy periods, please allow up to seven working days for delivery to Northern Ireland and 10 working days for delivery to the Highlands and Islands.
A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to delivery 2 more times on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.

Please allow up to 21 days for deliveries outside of the UK. However we aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that parcel can be held up in Customs and Export and you may be charged duty on your good. We will not be held responsible for delays due to postal services or Customs.
Express
We can arrange an express service if required for an extra charge if required.

Cheques & Postal Orders
Cheques should be made payable to Contagious Clubwear and posted to Contagious Clubwear, Unit 2 Ivy House Farm Business Centre, Wolvershill Road, Banwell, North Somerset, BS29 6LB.
Please include your name, address, contact telephone number and transaction ID or copy of transaction.
Contagious Gift Voucher
Please insert into ‘Voucher Code Box’ ‘your Gift Number on the back of the voucher and keep voucher for your records.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt, where within the EU, and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
General
You may return any item free of charge within 7 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty. Please note your P&P will not be refunded (unless faulty).
We reserve the right to inspect any returned goods for signs of usage or wear and tear and refunds will be given at our discretion.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the tags intact.
Returns for customers who have paid by credit/debit card
To cover card service fees customers who return items will be charged £2.50. Any charges will be deducted from your credit/debit card prior to any refund.
Gift Vouchers
Gift cards/vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Please include your name, address, contact telephone number, reason for return, details of exchange (if applicable) and transaction ID or copy of transaction.
Sending your return back to us
We recommend that returns are sent back to us via courier service or recorded delivery at the Post Office. Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number if sent back by recorded or special (next day) delivery.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 3-4 working days for the refunds to show in your account. (After good are received) Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from CONTAGIOUS CLUBWEAR.COM. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
