Welcome to the Contagious Clubwear website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
Security
The Sage Pay payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Our internet facing web servers are certified by VeriSign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate Sage Pay to obtain secure information.
Transaction Security
The transfer of the less sensitive transaction details from the retailer's site to Sage Pay is encrypted and digitally-signed. This ensures that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.
Security for the Shopper
Any communication between the customer and Sage Pay is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the customer's browser. The customer is also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuer.
Data Storage
All data stored on Sage Pay systems is held on encrypted and highly secured databases. Sage Pay are regularly audited by Visa and MasterCard to ensure that their systems conform to the latest security standards.

Product Information
Made in the UK
All of Contagious garments are designed and manufactured in the UK to the highest possible standards. Wherever possible we source fabrics, trimmings and packaging in the UK.
Washcare
We use delicate and specialised fabrics. Please read and follow the wash care instructions carefully in order to keep your garments in the best condition possible.
We recommend that your garments are –
• Gentle Hand washed ONLY in cold water with NO detergent
• Hang to dry. Do NOT leave creased or folded until completely dry
• Do NOT tumble dry
• Do NOT leave to dry in direct sunlight
• Iron on lowest setting if necessary, Do NOT iron trims or prints, iron on the reverse.
Swimwear Care
• Do NOT wring swimwear.
• Rinse after use.

• Do NOT tumble dry
• Do NOT leave to dry in direct sunlight
Fluffy Legwarmers Care
• Machine Wash at 30oC with mild detergent
• Do NOT tumble Dry
• Hang to dry. (For best results hang outside)
• Brush to restore full fluffy look
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Accessories may change slightly from time to time
We reserve the right to alter our Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
All outfit designs, logos or graphics contained within this site are protected by trademark; any unauthorised reproduction will be dealt with accordingly.
Any contract entered into by Contagious Clubwear and any of its customers shall be governed by English law under The Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000 Act, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
By placing an order you are confirming that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Recycling
Contagious Clubwear is a low carbon footprint company. We have a strict recycling policy in our office, warehouse and factories. We also wherever possible look at energy efficient ways to work and run our factories to reduce energy consumption in our work place.
We used recycled packaging (yes the silver bags are recycled!) and paper products (invoices).
Any leftover fabrics or material we give away to schools and playgroups.
Please remember to recycle all of the packaging, labels and plastic bags that your garments come in. If you are returning a product for any reason please use the silver bag your item was delivered in.
So by buying from Contagious you are helping reduce the carbon footprint.

This section describes the uses and treatment of your personal data. Changes to this policy will be posted here. If you have any questions, or wish to amend the permissions you have given for use of your data, you can do this via the website by logging in to My Account, or by contacting Customer Services.
